Rush BoosterInstallation in a low position
This is a usage method where the Rush Booster is installed at a lower position than the actuator.
Depending on the space within the device where the Rush Booster is installed and interference with peripheral equipment, it may want to install it at a lower position than the actuator.
In that case, implement the following items for setup at the start of use, stable operation during normal operation, maintenance, etc.
1. The oil in the actuator and hydraulic piping may return to the lash booster side due to the oil's own weight. Therefore, install the oil gauge that comes with the Rush Booster at a position higher than the actuator using low oil pressure piping, and connect it to the Rush Booster's body.
2. Install an "air release valve" at the actuator's hydraulic piping port and at the highest position of the hydraulic piping (to remove air ). Also, when using multiple actuators, provide an "air release valve" for all actuators.
