Pneumatic-Hydraulic Conversion Booster
Rush BoosterBasic action
This is the standard operation of Rush Booster.
It uses with one pneumatic solenoid valves of 4 or 5 port.
It moves forward using hydraulic pressure that is several to 100 times more powerful than the air pressure generated by the Rush Booster.
Speed adjustment can be done by incorporating a pneumatic speed controller into the applicable location of the pneumatic piping (Meter out).
Forward : Return side port of Rush Booster (P2 port)
Backward : Pressure side port of Rush Booster (P1 port)
It can adjust the oil pressure by adding the regulator with backflow function between pressure side port (P1 port) of Rush Booster and A port of solenoid valve, when the thrust adjustment is necessary for lower than supply air pressure.
