By using a closed center type pneumatic solenoid valve, the internal air of the Rush Booster and hydraulic cylinder is sealed and stopped.
Depending on the state of the residual air pressure inside the Rush Booster at the time of stopping, a slight overrun (stopping delay) may occur.
Furthermore, depending on the weight of the load connected to the hydraulic cylinder such as a mold, the load holding pressure may decrease and the amount of overrun may further increase.
In that case, install a speed controller at the pneumatic piping port of the hydraulic cylinder to reduce the exhaust flow rate.
