This is the standard operation of Power Pack Cylinder.
It uses with one pneumatic solenoid valve of 4 or 5 port.
The entire stroke of the piston rod in the extending direction operates with a thrust equivalent to that of a hydraulic cylinder.
The backward direction is operated by the force of the built-in spring.
Speed adjustment in the foward direction and backward direction can be made as appropriate by incorporating a pneumatic speed controller (meter out) into the applicable location.
When installed in the P2 port, the speed in the forward direction can be adjusted, and when installed in the P1 port, the speed in the backward direction can be adjusted.
It can adjust the high thrust by adding the regulator with backflow function between high thrust port (P1 port) of Power Pack Cylinder and A port of solenoid valve, when the high thrust adjustment is necessary for lower than supply air pressure.
