The high thrust of Pneumatic Power Cylinder is able to adjust by an air pressure adjustment steplessly.
Tha high thrust of Pneumatic Power Cylinder is decided by air pressure supplied to operation valve (Solenoid valve, Hand valve, etc).
The high thrust is possible to control by air pressure adjustment of Pneumatic Power Cylinder P1 port(High thrust air supply port) if you want to adjust the high thrust.
The install position of regulator for high thrust adjustment.
①Between an operation valve for high thrust and Pneumatic Power Cylinder P1 port. (Drawing position)
Use the regulator with backflow function.
②Air supply side of an operation valve for high thrust. (P port side)
(Reguletor is standard type)
And it is possible to adjust a more accurate high thrust with using precision regulator.
Do not adjust the pressure regulation of equipment side to avoid the influence on fast feed motion, return motion and other pneumatic component.
