Optional code (V*) is not the same as operation valve code (V*).
The top dead center at the time of continuous operation and the top dead center at the time of a die change or a machine maintenance are switched to enhance productivity.
A long fast feed stroke is necessary to find a work space at the time of a die change or a maintenance, but it can switch the top dead center when you want to enhance productivity at the time of continuous operation. (Intermediate stop)
Shut off the oil passage with the stop valve when retracting a piston rod.
- Note -
Use a 2 position single solenoid valve for the fast feed valve. It need a upward thrust at the time of stop.
