This is the standard operation of Pneumatic Booster.
It uses with two pneumatic solenoid valves of 4 or 5 port.
High thrust feed is performed using increased hydraulic pressure after fast feed using hydraulic pressure equivalent to air pressure.
Speed adjustment can be done by incorporating a pneumatic speed controller into the applicable location of the pneumatic piping.
Fast feed : Rod side of hydraulic cylinder
High thrust feed : Built-in booster return side (P2 port)
Backward drive : Fast feed air supply side (P3 port)
It can adjust the high thrust by adding the regulator with backflow function between high thrust port (P1 port) of Pneumatic Booster and A port of solenoid valve for high thrust stroke drive, when the high thrust adjustment is necessary for lower than supply air pressure.
