Pneumatic BoosterHigh thrust feed at start
This is a usage method in which the wedged part is pushed out at the start of the hydraulic cylinder, and the remaining stroke is operated in fast feed.
Install hydraulic piping with a built-in check valve between the oil tank of the Pneumatic Booster and the hydraulic piping as a bypass circuit.
High thrust feed and fast feed start at the same time, but when the high thrust feed is completed by the check valve, the hydraulic cylinder enters the fast feed state.
- Note -
Use a low cracking pressure type check valve.
(Recommendation : 0.05MPa or less)
