By mount a stop valve in the hydraulic line, the hydraulic cylinder can be stopped in an emergency to ensure safety and prevent damage.
When all solenoid valves are turned OFF during an emergency stop, the oil passage is shut off by the stop valve and the cylinder switches to backward drive.
Since the oil passage is blocked off, the cylinder "suddenly stop" without making an backward drive.
Our product "Stop Valve" is a large-capacity type, so the discharge flow loss of the Pneumatic Booster is small, and it has little effect on the speed of the hydraulic cylinder.

Use a 2 position single solenoid valve for the fast feed valve.
It need a upward thrust at the time of emergency stop.
For the high thrust feed solenoid valve, we recommend a 3-position exhaust center to eliminate the forward thrust of the hydraulic cylinder in the event of an emergency stop during high thrust feed operation.
