One Pneumatic Booster controls multiple actuators at different timings.
The hydraulic pressure supply to each actuator is switched, and the pneumatic solenoid valve controls only the actuator that operates.
It can be applied when there is multi-step press-fitting work in the same device, or where you want to change the clamp position depending on the workpiece.
- Note -
･ The fast feed oil capacity and high thrust feed oil capacity of the Pneumatic Booster are determined based on the required oil volume that is the largest among actuators that perform the same operation.
･ Be sure to return each actuator to its original position before moving to another actuator. Oil may remain in the actuator, resulting in insufficient oil to operate the next actuator.
